Digital menus

A digital menu for restaurants and bars that looks like your place.

Most QR menus are a PDF on a phone. We design a digital menu that matches your room: photography, prices, veg and bar flags, bestsellers and daily specials, fast to load and easy to change. And if you want guests to order from it later, the same menu upgrades to full table ordering.

A working platform

Scan, order together and pay, built and shown end to end in our Aavira study

No app

Guests scan a code and the menu opens in the browser

Your kitchen

Orders can flow into the point-of-sale you already run

The waiter stays

It takes the order, not the hospitality

A menu you can change in minutes

Mark a dish sold out, add today's special or change a price, and every table sees it straight away. No reprinting and no outdated PDF.

  • Nothing yet. Everyone at the table adds to the same cart.

One host sends the order. No more shouting dishes across the table.

What you will have on launch day

Not a login and a promise. Working things you can use.

  • 01

A QR code for every table

One scan, no app. It opens in the phone's browser.

  • 02

A menu that looks like your room

Photography, prices, veg and bar flags, bestsellers and daily specials, in your brand.

  • 03

    Group ordering

One shared cart for the whole table, with one host sending the order.

  • 04

An AI host that knows your menu

It suggests pairings, specials and the second round in your voice.

  • 05

    Loyalty and occasions

Birthday and anniversary perks, and a rating that earns a coupon for next time.

  • 06

    A line to your kitchen

Orders can flow into the point-of-sale system you already run.

Aavira restaurant study hero
The Aavira study: brand and guest ordering

Our flagship study, not a client project. The prototype is on the case page.

What goes into it

  • Dish photography and descriptions that sell
  • Veg, non-veg and bar flags that are clear at a glance
  • Bestsellers and daily specials surfaced first
  • Your colours and type, not a generic template
  • A path to ordering and loyalty when you are ready
Straight talk

We are not for everyone, and that is fine.

A good fit if

  • You want ordering that feels like your room, not a generic menu
  • You are happy to pilot on a few tables first
  • You see your waiters as the heart of service

Probably not if

  • You want to cut floor staff with a QR code
  • You want a generic menu in an afternoon
  • Your kitchen cannot receive digital orders and you will not change that
How pricing works

We quote against a written plan, not a guess.

A flat price list would be wrong for most of the people reading this. After a short walkthrough you get scope, what is included, what is not, and a number you can hold us to.

What moves the price most

  • The number of tables and outlets
  • Whether it connects to your point-of-sale
  • How custom the menu and brand design are

If a project does not need a custom build, we will say so.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers.

Is a digital menu the same as QR ordering?

No. A menu shows dishes. Ordering takes the order. We can start with one and grow into the other.

Can I update prices myself?

Yes, from a simple admin screen.

Does it work without an app?

Yes. It opens in the phone's browser from the table code.
