Ramachandra Ortho Care: appointment booking, WhatsApp and payments for a Vizag clinic

A single-doctor orthopaedic clinic in Chinnamushidiwada, Visakhapatnam, needed booking that sounded like its patients and worked on the phones they already use.

We designed and built a booking site in Telugu, English and Hindi, a WhatsApp assistant on Meta's official API, pay-to-confirm with automatic refunds, and a live token queue for the front desk.
